Precision Paddling is offering Paddle for Fitness sessions to those keen to hit the water and have a real workout! All equipment is provided and caters to all levels. So there is no excuse.

Sessions run at various times in the week and start every 3 weeks or so. Or you can choose to get a group together (min. 5) and opt for a time that best suits you. It could be before or after work, or maybe you have some time mid-morning.
